The client and institutional billing teams work inefficiently because their outdated systems don’t communicate in real time, and many tasks are done manually in Excel

Creating a common view with shared columns in the main search result table helped all user groups work together more efficiently and collaborate better

Our solution leveraged AI to spot when past billing changes don’t follow the rules (SEC or Morgan Stanley) and alerting us when something is wrong
